Victoria Emmanuilovna Struzman

Victoria Emmanuilovna Struzman was born in 1925 in Leningrad. She studied under E. A. Levinson at the Academy of Arts. She graduated from the Academy in 1950; then, she worked as an architect and group leader at Lenproekt until 1964. From 1964 to 1992, she was chief project architect at the Leningrad All-Russian Research Institute of Electrical Measuring Instruments (VNIIEP). She designed many residential buildings in St. Petersburg, in addition to two hotels and neighborhood development projects. She died in 2016 in St. Petersburg.
